WHAT I DO FOR OWNERS

I Give You Back Your Time

You didn’t invest in real estate to spend your days chasing vendors, fielding tenant texts, or deciphering city codes. That’s where I come in. I handle the daily logistics — and the inevitable surprises — with clarity, care, and precision, so your time is freed up for what matters most. Whether that’s growing your portfolio, restoring your energy, or simply living your life, I make sure your building runs smoothly — without demanding your constant attention.

I Help You Find and Keep Great Tenants

The right tenants do more than pay rent on time — they care for your space, respect your community, and stay. Through thoughtful screening, compelling listings, and compassionate yet consistent communication, I help attract residents who feel aligned with your building. I’m committed to fair housing practices and proudly operate as an equal opportunity housing provider. My goal is to create a stable, respectful environment where both owners and tenants feel seen, supported, and at home.

I Make Your Building Look Its Best

Beauty is more than curb appeal — it’s the feeling a building gives off when it’s well cared for. I notice the details: chipped paint, a dusty light fixture, a cracked planter. Then I take action. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or a full restoration, I work to honor your building’s original character while enhancing its presence. My approach is both practical and aesthetic — elevating what’s already there, protecting what matters, and making sure your property reflects the pride you have in it.

I Keep You in Compliance

You don’t have to navigate city mandates, rent control regulations, or fire safety requirements alone. I stay ahead of changing rules so you don’t have to worry. From annual inspections to surprise notices, I flag what needs attention, coordinate what needs to be done, and make sure your building stays fully compliant — without the overwhelm. It’s one less thing on your plate, and one more way I help protect your investment with care and confidence.

A Different Kind of Property Manager

I founded RSFLA because I believe buildings are more than assets — they’re living stories. They deserve to be cared for with intention, not just oversight.

As a native Angeleno, I’ve always been drawn to the beauty and spirit of Los Angeles architecture — from 1920s courtyard gems to mid-century hillside retreats. Before I founded RSFLA, I spent years working as a professional photographer, earning both a BFA and MFA in fine art photography. That training sharpened my eye for detail, composition, and atmosphere — qualities that deeply inform how I approach property management today.

I’ve worked in this field for over two decades, and in that time, I’ve learned what makes buildings — and communities — thrive. Spoiler: it’s not spreadsheets alone. It’s presence, consistency, and care.

RSFLA is intentionally boutique. I only take on properties I can tend to personally and wholeheartedly. That means hands-on management, thoughtful communication, and an eye for both design and function. My approach blends structure with soul — honoring what makes your building unique while ensuring the day-to-day runs seamlessly.

I work best with owners who love their buildings and want a manager who leads with both integrity and intuition. My role is to protect your investment, uplift its character, and help it remain a place people are proud to call home.

This is property management, reimagined — as a relationship, not just a transaction.
