I specialize in managing small, character-filled buildings in Los Angeles — typically from the 1920s to 1950s, usually 2 to 15 units — for owners who care about preserving what makes their properties special.
As a native Angeleno, I’ve always had a deep love for the architecture of this city. The old-growth wood, the textured stucco, the curved archways — these buildings weren’t built to be disposable. And they shouldn’t be treated that way.
I work with a very limited number of clients so I can give each property the attention it deserves.
